Established in 1999, NMN Properties, LLC is a professional, boutique size management company that strives to provide each resident with a quiet and safe community in which you will want to call home for a long

time. Being a bit smaller firm allows for NMN Properties, LLC to develop personal relationships and respond to your needs in a timely manner.

Our communities range from six-plexes to 16-unit buildings and include a mix of both 1 and 2-bedroom units. Our locations include:

• Beautiful Windsor Hills, a residential neighborhood that is a 10-minute drive from the new and fabulous SOFI Stadium

• Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw, a neighborhood conveniently close to Culver City and an easy commute to Downtown, offering access to transportation and many services
